In our ongoing efforts to be ever greener and as sustainable as possible we’ve started using for all in house and takeout orders. Made from a non-gmo plant based resin, they’re manufactured in a zero carbon (using offsets), ISO certified facility. All used silverware is collected with our cups, napkins and food scraps. Everything else gets recycled. Thanks again for your help in supporting Basking Ridge’s only Green Restaurant!
